Accounts and stored data

You can register and sign in to manage your profile, credit records, orders, subscriptions and support tickets. We store your name, email address, protected login credentials, account and session identifiers, permissions, and records of actions you take. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Account creation may also record your IP address and language for security and account operation. We store these records for your account. Your password is protected and is not stored as readable text. Advertising is not enabled. Optional analytics is described below. We retain account records while needed to operate your account, resolve support or security issues and meet applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion at contact@tiptoeimpai.com; signing out ends your session but does not delete your account.

Hosting and contact messages

Our hosting provider delivers this site’s pages and media. Requests disclose network and device data, including your IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to the hosting service. Hosting security and diagnostic logs may also record request identifiers, status codes and errors. They are retained separately from your generation tasks. Advertising is not enabled. Optional analytics is described below.

Our email service providers process messages sent to contact@tiptoeimpai.com so the site operator can respond. Your email address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to the request. Send only what is needed; do not send photos, passwords or payment details. Request access or deletion through the same address. Email and hosting records are retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations.

Photos, generation and retention

Photos stay in your browser until you click Generate video. Submitting sends the selected photos to us and to service providers for content moderation and video generation. We save task details, status and credit records with your account. Removing a photo from this page does not delete an earlier upload. Contact support to request deletion.

We store uploaded photos, generated videos and account-linked task details, status, dates and credit records. Our storage, content moderation and generation service providers process the data needed to fulfill your request. We do not promise an automatic deletion period: files remain until removed by the operator for a deletion request or operational needs, subject to security and legal record retention. Removing a photo, starting another task, signing out or closing the page does not delete an upload. Request access or deletion at contact@tiptoeimpai.com; we cannot delete copies you downloaded or shared, or promise third-party retention terms not independently confirmed.

Tasks and credit records

The service checks submitted photos and instructions before reserving 1 credit. It generates a 12-second video using Seedance 2.0 Fast and checks the output before delivery. Input rejection does not charge. A confirmed failure before output refunds the reservation. Generated output remains charged even if blocked or awaiting review. Unknown submissions keep their reservation and are not automatically resubmitted. Send the task ID to support for investigation.

Captions, downloads and sharing

Edited post captions stay in page memory. Copying sends text to your clipboard. Downloading saves the approved video on your device; sharing opens the device share sheet and sends the video to the app you choose. We do not connect social accounts or publish automatically. External apps apply their own policies.

When you use the language selector, your browser saves your chosen language in a preference cookie for up to 400 days. This preference contains no photos. You can remove it by clearing this site’s cookies.

Cookies and Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand visits to our public pages and interactions such as scrolling, link clicks and pricing selections. The Google Analytics script is not loaded, and analytics data is not sent to Google, until you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting or closing the banner keeps analytics off. Essential account and language cookies still work.

After acceptance, Google receives a browser identifier, page URLs, referral information, interaction events, and browser, device and language information. Network requests also disclose your IP address to Google, which may use it to derive approximate location. Page URLs and interaction details may include campaign parameters, clicked public links and form or video identifiers. Do not include sensitive information in public page URLs. We do not send your name, email, photos, videos, prompts, private task links or payment details to Google Analytics. Account, personal history, sign-in, payment and administration pages are excluded; administrators are excluded from analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled.

Analytics cookies may last up to one year from the latest visit. We remember your cookie choice for up to 365 days. When signed in, we also save your consent and may associate the browser analytics identifier with your account to respect your choice across visits; a saved account rejection takes priority. You can reopen Cookie Settings in the footer to accept or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent to Google.
